General 

• This page describes the terms and conditions (T&Cs) under which Simona Calici accepts bookings. 

• These (T&Cs) shall apply whether such bookings are made using any method.

• Nothing in this (T&Cs) shall imply an obligation on the part of clients to offer work to Simona Calici nor is Simona Calici obligated to accept any work. 

• Simona Calici is self employed and is responsible for her own income tax and national insurance contribution and for paying VAT (where applicable) 

• Simona Calici is responsible for her own identity insurance and GDC membership Simona Calici’s availability to work is Monday - Friday. 8:30 -5:30PM (with some flexibility)

Bookings

• All bookings are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Simona Calici.

• Simona Calici will not work less than 6 hours a day or the equivalent fee. 

• Simona Calici is not liable for any costs incurred by the client in accessing or using this site.

• Simona Calici will not normally charge past a booking fee except in the case of repeated cancellation which is described below or in certain special occasions where agreed with the client. 

Cancellations 

• Clients wishing to cancel are requested to contact Simona Calici as soon as possible.

• Simona Calici requires, twenty four hours notice to cancel bookings. If this requirement is not adhered to Simona Calici, then will be attending for work for a minimum six hours or will charge for the equivalent. 

• Clients who book Simona Calici and then cancel on a regular basis may be subject to additional cancellation fees, irrespective of notice given and may be requested to pay a booking fee for future bookings. 

• Simona Calici will inform clients as soon as possible if she needs to cancel and bookings.
